class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p align=\"JUSTIFY\">The house of <strong>Lo de Bell\u00f3n de Fuera<\/strong> is next to the <a href=\"http:\/\/costacomunicaciones.es\/downloads\/8708\/download\/13953.pdf?cb=1b6492cb2e05eff5038a01614e9b575f\">La Princesa road<\/a>. The building has two parts built at different times. The oldest one could date back to the 18th century and the rest would be from the 20th century. The main pieces are located next to a patio to the northwest, and in front of a pine forest with monumental specimens to the southeast. The original paint in reddish and yellowish ocher has been replaced by white with moldings and fencing in ocher.<\/p><p align=\"JUSTIFY\">The <strong>Lo de Bell\u00f3n house in En Medio<\/strong> dates back to the 19th century, it is a simple salmon-colored construction, two stories high, with a gabled roof and a backyard. The door and window openings show strong verticality. It has a small balcony on the main floor with wrought iron locks. The main fa\u00e7ade is sheltered by a false pepper tree that casts shadow over the complex.<\/p><p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>Bell\u00f3n de Otro<\/strong> is an interesting construction that preserves all the characteristics of the agricultural houses of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.turismosantjoan.es\/?page_id=99994832\">Alicante Huerta<\/a>. <a href=\"http:\/\/costacomunicaciones.es\/downloads\/8708\/download\/13953.pdf?cb=1b6492cb2e05eff5038a01614e9b575f\">The complex<\/a> is made up of a central three-story house that has two buildings attached to the sides. The ground floor is occupied by the lobby where the ceramic floor stands out, characterized by two \u201cS\u201d, drawn on the still raw material. The staircase has a parapet made of wrought iron. On the first floor are the noble rooms arranged on the main fa\u00e7ade, facing east and facing the garden. The bedrooms are located in the side sections. Symmetry governs the <a href=\"https:\/\/dialnet.unirioja.es\/servlet\/autor?codigo=98946\">main fa\u00e7ade<\/a>, adapting the different openings bordered in yellow on a white background to the different floors. The openings are very vertical on the main floor, showing a diversity of solutions in the upper finishes: a lowered arch on the lower floor, lintels on the main floor and on the side bodies, or semicircular in the chamber.<\/p><p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Next to the access to the property there is a small rectangular chapel. There is also a well located in the hall and in front of the house we find the garden, with bushes of different species and a grove composed of a 250-year-old carob tree, a 200-year-old bougainvillea, an almost 100-year-old hackberry tree and a pine forest of Pinus halepensis, a Pinus pinea, two Celtis australis and carias date palms. It so happens that the three buildings face southeast in front of important masses of vegetation that make up the garden, casting shadows on the main fa\u00e7ade.<\/p><p align=\"JUSTIFY\">At the beginning of this century, the branch of the CV-800 road was built, which ended up definitively separating Lo de Bell\u00f3n from the Inside of its sisters in Fuera y en Medio. Although the construction of this road has been an important advance for the town, by alleviating traffic problems, it has also meant a definitive fragmentation of the Lo de Bell\u00f3n estate, consolidating the slow but continued disappearance of an agrarian fabric that not so many years ago decades gave meaning to these constructions.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Finca Lo de Bell\u00f3n The house of Lo de Bell\u00f3n de Fuera is next to the La Princesa road.
