The Sant Joan d’Alacant<\/strong> booth at Alicante Gastron\u00f3mica has established itself as one of the must-visit spots at this year\u2019s event. Over the course of three intense days, our town brought the best of its culinary identity to the fairgrounds, demonstrating that Sant Joan is all about gastronomy, heritage, culture, and, above all, a passion for well-crafted food. <\/p>\n\n

Throughout the fair, locals and visitors were able to enjoy live cooking demonstrations, exclusive tastings, and raffles at our booth, all of which highlighted traditional recipes.<\/p>\n\n

The resounding success of our participation in the fair was the result of a joint effort by the entire community.
