This construction consists of a central body with an almost quadrangular plan and three floors. Two single-story bodies are attached to the east and west facades, forming two large terraces on the first floor. It is built on load-bearing walls arranged in an east-west direction, dividing the interior into three bays. In the center of the house is the staircase that articulates the three floors of the property. The staircase is illuminated by a central skylight that protrudes into the roof.

In its four façades, well composed and resolved, the principle of symmetry dominates. The main facade faces the garden. It is oriented east, highlighting the central body with a vertical axis. There are three openings of different heights on each of the floors, and a central balcony on the first floor. The central body has a hipped roof, made of flat tiles with a characteristic green color that gives the house a strong personality. The eaves are very pronounced, reinforced by wooden corbels under ceramic pieces. The wings that make up the side terraces have a flat roof, delimited by an original ceramic balustrade.

In front of the house is the important pine forest, articulated by large flower beds shaded with cypresses. Among the trees there is a pool with water and a pedestal with a sculptural bust. The set is part of the Railway Pensioners’ Residence, an institution that today no longer establishes the obligation to have held such a job, so the place becomes an interesting alternative if we want to enjoy our retirement in a bucolic place, governed by peace and tranquility.
