On Sunday, January 26, our municipality had the honor of closing the l’Exquisit Mediterrani gastronomic space at IFEMA (Madrid) in style, with the restaurant Finca Santa Luzia bringing this edition to a grand finale.
This time, we had the privilege of showcasing our cuisine at the most prestigious stage, the Comunitat Valenciana stand, once again representing Costa Blanca.
This space welcomed diners from across the region, as well as visitors from beyond, who had the opportunity to savor the exceptional flavors of Sant Joan’s cuisine. It was, without a doubt, a sublime display of Mediterranean gastronomy by @finca.santaluzia and @grupojuanxxiii, whose presence at this international catering event has become a proud tradition.
